Noortekeskus asutati selleks, et luua noortele tingimused arendavaks tegevuseks v\u00e4ljaspool perekonda, taseme\u00f5pet ja t\u00f6\u00f6aega, toetada noorte sotsialiseerimist ning soodustada nende kujunemist \u00fchiskonna h\u00e4sti toimetulevateks liikmeteks. Kohtla-J\u00e4rve Noortekeskus alustas oma tegevust 2004. a. Keskuse tegevuse eesm\u00e4rk on arendada ja koordineerida noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6d Kohtla-J\u00e4rve linnas. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Noortekeskus tegeleb v\u00e4hemal v\u00f5i suuremal m\u00e4\u00e4ral k\u00f5igi Noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 strateegias 2014-2020 toodud tegevusvaldkondadega. Noortekeskuse t\u00f6\u00f6 on koosk\u00f5las ja kattub t\u00e4ies mahus Noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 strateegiaga.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enamus meie keskuse t\u00f6\u00f6tajaid omavad k\u00f5rgharidust \u00a0ja suurt \u00a0t\u00f6\u00f6kogemust \u00a0noortega. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Iga p\u00e4ev k\u00e4ib \u00a0meie keskuses \u00a0v\u00e4ga palju \u00a0lapsi ja noori. Iga\u00fcks leiab \u00a0meie juures endale meelep\u00e4rase tegevuse.
